Yukishizuka soybeans

"Yukishizuka" soybeans are high in sugar and low in fat, making them perfect for making natto. The bean size is small, chosen as the most popular size.

"Low-salt sweet sauce"

"Amakatare" is made using sweet Kyushu soy sauce. It has 30% less salt while still retaining its delicious taste. It is thick and does not splash easily, allowing you to fully enjoy the deliciousness of the sauce that coats the natto.

Made with 100% domestic soybeans

We use carefully selected domestic soybeans to make delicious natto all year round. It has a mild, mild taste, making it perfect for children to try natto for the first time.

The freshness is different!!

All of the soybeans used in Genki Natto's ground natto are ground in our own factory and used while still fresh.

Our own "Amakatare"

It uses black honey-flavored soy sauce that is less salty than dark soy sauce and has a strong umami flavor. It adds umami, richness, and sweetness to the sauce, improving the flavor unity.
