What is "MOCHIKON"

Special "soybean flour" made in-house from roasted soybeans
A moderate blend of sugar and salt is used to complement the fragrant soybean flour.
Richly flavored brown sugar syrup and kinako (roasted soybean flour) are a classic combination in Japanese sweets.

You can enjoy double the matcha flavor with matcha syrup and matcha soybean flour.
We use "Uji matcha" and "Nishio matcha" to create a delicious and slightly bitter adult flavor.
